FusionXHost owns and operates its own server and network equipment -- we do not lease any equipment from another company. On the backbone of our internal network, we utilize Cisco equipment like the Cisco 2950. We connect into our datacenter located in Houston, Texas (Zogmo) with a dedicated Ethernet line dropped to our network and can be upgraded from the 100 Mbps drop to a Gig Ethernet drop without replacing equipment or wire.

By having complete control over our own network and servers, we are able to plan ahead with our customer in mind; Our infrastructure is built with the idea of growth. The beauty of having complete control over all aspects of your network is we are able to offer scalable solutions off of our current setup. We have the ability to quickly add equipment to our current infrastructure in order to meet the needs of our customers.

• $59.95 per Mbps (95% Billing) overage
• $0.50 per GB overage
• Tech Support:
• Tier 1: $75 /hour. Billed in 15 minute increments.
• Tier 2: $120 /hour. Billed in 15 minute increments.
